Through the quote request form and appointment booking: last name, first name, company, job title, email address, phone, description of the need, timeframe and technical documents provided. Technical browsing data may also be recorded by the website platform.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer your request, prepare a quote, arrange a technical call and manage the business relationship (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). It is used to send technical content only if you have consented.

Recipients

Data is intended exclusively for MIDZ ENTREPRISES. It is hosted by Odoo S.A., the platform provider, and is never sold or transferred to third parties. Technical documents provided are used solely to study your project.

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: sales@midzengineering.com.
